Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Who sells

Laneflip is operated by [Operator Legal Name] (trading as Laneflip). Your purchase is processed by [MoR Name] as merchant of record. Contact: [Contact Email].

2. Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time, in the customer portal of [MoR Name] or by writing to [Contact Email]. Cancellation takes effect [Cancellation Effect]. Access to paid features then ends and your account falls back to the Free plan. Cancelling and getting a refund are separate steps: a refund does not cancel the subscription by itself.

3. Refunds

If you ask within [Refund Window Days] days of your first payment, you get a refund. The Free plan needs no payment. Provider charges on your own keys are billed by the providers and are not ours to refund.

4. How to ask for a refund

5. Payments
